The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) has named Javier Pérez-Tasso as its new marketing executive.
NYSE Euronext has restructured it NYSE Liffe leadership team, appointing executive vice president Mark Ibbotson to chief executive of NYSE Liffe with responsibility for exchange trading, clearing and regulation, and executive vice president Finbarr Hutcheson to chief executive of NYSE Liffe with responsibility for commercial and business development. They both replace Gary Jones, who resigned.
NYSE Euronext also hired Patrick Birley to serve as chief commercial officer of its new London clearing business.
