EXECUTIVE KALEIDOSCOPE: Instinet Europe Snags Toms

All the moves that mattered at the Singapore Exchange, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Instinet and Otkritie.

Instinet this week appointed Adam Toms chief executive of Instinet Europe. Toms had been co-global head of trading at Nomura International and before that head of the electronic trading desk at Lehman Brothers in Europe.

The Singapore Exchange extended chief executive Magnus Bocker’s contract through June 30, 2012.
