NYSE, Eze to Provide Global Connections for Hedge Funds

NYSE Technologies said it created a partnership with Eze Castle Integration to provide systems that will allow hedge funds to reach their trading partners, worldwide.
The systems will allow hedge funds to connect with the NYSE Euronext unit's electronic Marketplace of
more than 630 broker-dealers and trading venues. The funds will reach the dealers and destinations via Eze Castle
Integration's Private Network, which serves as a communications gateway for more than 300 institutions and buy-side firms.
Eze Castle Integration's ECI Link bundles Internet, Financial Information Exchange messaging, market data and voice connectivity over a private network, for security and redundancy.
The NYSE Technologies Marketplace a managed community for securities trading that uses the Financial Information Exchange protocol for messages.
Eze Castle Integration provides technology services and consulting to the investment industry.
